License number

Question

Dear technical support staff, 
 i noticed a discrepancy between the SDL Trados Studio 2019 Professional licences visible via the web interface 
 (38 licences) and the licenses visible downloading the spreadsheet (69 licences). 
 Could you help me understand this difference?
