I now have SDLMultiTermDesktop2017_SR1_2441, and it suddenly stopped showing the terms on the termbase window of SDLTradosStudio2017_SR1_6278.

So I've deleted Studio 2017 SRI 6278 and Multi Term 2017 SRI 2441, and installed Studio2017SR1_CU18.

When I tried to install Multi Term 2017 SRI 2441, I got a message saying that a higher version had already been installed.

So the only way to solve this problem is to get and install the latest version of Multi Term, which is SRI 55461.
