My PC crashed this morning and I'm not able to deactivate the license in my account. After entering deactivation authorization code, I receive an error, asking to contact the support. How to proceed?

My PC crashed this morning and I'm not able to deactivate the license in my account. After entering deactivation authorization code, I receive an error, asking to contact the support.  How to proceed?

I'm using Trados Studio 2022 Starter.

Could you please help with solving and deactivating my licence?
