I need to uninstall SDL freelancer from my old computer to the new but the instructions asked me to deactivate from the old computer. I'm not given that option and when I try to activate on the new, I can't find the installation ID to do so.

Then activate it on the new PC. If the normal activation doesn`t work try to activate it offline: https://gateway.sdl.com/apex/communityknowledge?articleName=000001383
