Activation of SDL Trados Studio 2021

Question

Hi, 
 I deactivated SDL Trados Studio 2021 on my old PC and installed the Product on my new PC, but the activation process seems to have failed for some reason, as the Licenses & Subscriptions page shows "Users: 1, In Use: 1, Available: 0," but on my new PC, the dialog box "Trados Studio 2021 Product Activation" pops up every time I start the Product. I clicked the "Reset License" button on the Licenses & Subscriptions page, but an error occurred. I tried the method of renaming the "Studio.lic" file and the method of activating the Product offline, but both did not work. I would appreciate it if you could help me fix this issue.
