I have two licenses on home PC and work PC. My work PC broke down recently. I want to deactivate the license on the work PC and reinstall it again on a new PC in the office. How do I deactivate the license on the original work PC without accidentally deactivate my home PC?

You can try to reset the license from your RWS account as described in this article: https://gateway.sdl.com/apex/communityknowledge?articleName=000001616
After you click on Reset License button you can see the activation date of both licenses. One was in 2021 and one in 2023 so you`ll most probably know which one of them was on the broken PC.
