My PC crashed and I'm not able to deactivate the license in my account in order to reactivate it. I tried de offline deactivation, but it asks "deactivation certificate". I don't know where to find it.
I also installed Trados again after solving the problem and tried to activate it but I'm not able because it is in use.
I'm using Trados Studio 2019 Freelance.
Could you please help with it?
