Deactivation issue for SDL Trados 2017 Freelance license

Hello,

I have had an issue with my laptop and I did not get the chance to deactivate my SDL Trados 2017 Freelance license. I cannot deactivate it offline, so that I can reactivate it. The license appears 'in use' in my account, but I cannot use it.

I have also had this issue with my SDL Trados 2021 version a couple of days ago, and you helped me with that.
