reset license not working

Hello.

We have been trying to reset a license, but get an error that just says "an error has occurred".  Trados was uninstalled and reinstalled on the same computer but it is requesting activation and the license that was used will not activate because it is already activated.  We did a full uninstall and the portion that held the license activation I assume was removed.

In summary the program was uninstalled without the license being deactivated and the reset license in the portal is not working. 

We have tried to use the reset link over the course of 2 days and the same error comes up.  

This started 10/2/23.  I want the license to deactivate
