Hello!
So I had to reinstall Windows due to some issues and I am unable to reinitiate licence or deactivate.
I get the certificate but the procedure does not work when I click on Confirm Offline deactivation (translated from French).
Error message is Error deactivating offline. If you have other issues, please fill a support request.
