Activation problem

Question

Hello! 
 I had to reinstall OS and therefore tried to reinstall TRADOS Studio 2009. However, I encountered the activation server connection error (Error Code 50041) using Trados Studio 2009 (In use: 0, Usable: 1). Could you tell me how to solve this problem?
