Too basic Languageweaver implementation in Trados 2022

I upgraded to the 2022 version primarily because of the inclusion of Languageweaver. What particularly appealed to me was the adaptability of the machine translation (MT) models. However, the information provided about Languageweaver did not clarify that the version included in the Trados subscription was even more basic than the cheaper alternative, lacking even dictionary functionality.

What's even more disappointing is that without the ability to utilize user-created models, Languageweaver's translation quality is noticeably worse compared to Google or DeepL.

I believe it's essential to include this information in the upgrade details prior to purchase I regret spending on this upgrade, and I would like to ask for a refund.

    Thank you for your help. But I didn't buy the support package so I can only access databases and not direct support. And I don't want to spend more money on this upsetting company anymore. 

    This is new, some months ago I could contact with them. This option has appearently been supressed. Really an upsetting experience.

    I don't really understand your comment here... the live chat is not technical support. You asked for a refund and this team can help you with that.  Just do what I suggested and you'll get the assistance you need. Here's a video in case you're still not clear.. nothing has been suppressed!

    Than k you for your help! I works!

    For some reason I don't get the chat button when accesing the contact page with Chrome. After your video I tried to use Edge, and it worked fine.
