Hello,
I have been trying to disactivate my perpetual license to install Freelance Trados Studio 2021 from my old computer to reinstall it on a new computer. However, everytime I tried to disactivate it from my old computer, I get an error message and the license still appear as used in my user profile.
Can you please help me?
