I originally bought Trados 2021 and upgraded to 2022 over time. Recently I have been having constant problems with "TM upgrade failed" errors and Trados crashing every minute or so. Really, I am not exaggerating. I wanted to downgrade as the 2021 version worked fine. However, it turns out that my licence is now only valid for Trados 2022 and the installed version of Trados 2021 downloaded from my RWS account rejects the key as not valid for this version. Any ideas?
