Activation of SDL 2019 SR1 on my new PC

Question

I bought SDL2019 SR 1 in 2019, it is now on my old PC, then I want to shift it to my new PC. 
 
 I could successfully deactivate the SDL 2019 SR1, and tried to shift it to the new PC. 
 I downloaded SDL 2019 SR1, which is 30-day trial version. I think after 3--day trial it will be charged. Or if I click on "accept" the shift can be done free of charge?

SDL people say the shift can be done free of charge.

 Click Accept and finish the installation, then activate your license, it is free of charge. 
 If the normal activation doesn`t work try to activate your license offline: https://gateway.sdl.com/apex/communityknowledge?articleName=000001383
