This solution does not work because I get as far as the part in black. I do not have the part in red. C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\Trados\Platform\Identity\SDLTradosStudio.exe

I tried the other solution too, 

• for Trados Studio 2015-2021: C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\SDL\Platform\Identity\SDLTradosStudio.exe and rename the folder SdlIdentityCredentials into SdlIdentityCredentials_old.

and here I get to rename the folder successfully, but upon starting Trados Studio 2022 I still get the "Failed to add window command bar extensions." error.

Please help because I have impending deadlines today.

Ok, then please try to rename the "17" folder (while Studio is closed) from: C:\Users\%Username%\AppData\Roaming\Trados\Trados Studio

I have renamed the "17" folder to "RENAMED 18" but Studio will not start and displays the same "Failed...extensions." error message.

Should previous versions of Studio be removed? 

Any updates on this?
