Errors while deactivating my license on my old computer

Question

Hello, 
 I'm trying to transfer Trados Studio 2021 Freelance from my old computer to a new one. I have tried to deactivate my license online and offline and it doesn't work. I got an "Offline Deactivation Authorization" and put it in the relevant Deactivation authorization field in Trados (File->Help->Product Activation), but when I click "Generate Certificate", I get this error message:

It is the same as is in my SDL Account. 
 Can anybody help me?
