Studio 2022 won't start. Error msg: Failed to add window command bar extensions. Solution?

This suggestion from gateway.sdl.com/.../communityknowledge 
 
 1. Close Trados Studio. 2. Go to: 
 
 for Trados Studio 2015-2021 : C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\SDL\Platform\Identity\SDLTradosStudio.exe and rename the folder SdlIdentityCredentials into SdlIdentityCredentials_old . 
 for Trados Studio 2022 : C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\Trados\Platform\Identity\SDLTradosStudio.exe and rename the folder SdlIdentityCredentials into SdlIdentityCredentials_old . 
 
 3. Restart Trados Studio. 
 
 does not work. Please suggest a solution that will work.
