I chatted with Elisa who told me to post my concern in this community.
I have a Studio 2019 licence since several years. As I wanted to use Trados today, I was asked to enter an actication code so I entered the code I got when I buyed the licence but it didn't work. Elisa told me the licence had to be reseted, I tried but it didn't work so she told me you had to do this for me so I can still use Trados.
