I reset my Trados 2019 license before I reset my Windows 10.
After the Windows reset, I installed Trados 2019. However, when I tried to open and activate it, I could not activate it with a message, "No licenses are currently available for the specified activation code."
My RWS Account shows In Use 1, Available 1
What can I do to activate my Trados?

Thank you. I got an email from your Tokyo office and my license has been reset. I was able to activate my Trados all right.
