Trados Studio 2017 - offline deactivation and install issue

Hello! I had Trados Studio 2017 installed on a single notebook.

For hardware issues, I had to deactivate (offline) and reinstall the software.
Upon checking the available licenses available, I noticed I have none (zero) available.
I had the software installed on a single machine and had one (1) license available, but now I have zero.

Can someone reset the number of licenses used so I can activate the software?
