Hi, I need to upgrade from Trados Studio Freelance 2019 to Trados Studio 2022 Freelance, but when I put the upgrade in my cart, it says I can´t upgrade it as I don´t have a license. But I do have the license for the Freelance 2019. Do you have any idea how to proceed, please?
Make sure you are logged in with the correct email address, and also make sure you didn't inadvertently select the Plus version as this would be a different product.
