Licence server is manage by another company. Is it a Licence server problem and not a Trados Licence matter?

There are 2 situations when this message could appear:
1. When all the seats are taken by other users.
2. When something happened on the server and the license isn`t recognized anymore on it.
For this we need a screenshot from the licensing server > open Safenet License Manager (WlmAdmin) > expand Subnet Servers > expand your server name > expand Allow TQA 2022 > expand Clients folder. If there`s nothing under Subnet Servers then you need a license reset and then reactivate it on the server.
