Service 'Sdl.Desktop.Platform.Services.ITelemetryService

Question

Hello, 
 Today I am getting the error "Service 'Sdl.Desktop.Platform.Services.ITelemetryService" when I try to open Studio 2021. It was working perfect last night. 
 - I have tried everything I have found in this forum and I am getting really desperate. I have removed all Studio related software and made full installation of Studio, but nothing. I have even bought Studio 2022 and installed it. Studio 2022 gives no error, it just wont start, and I am assuming it is due to the same error. 
 - I have also tried to fix the repository in Windows with the guides (although my knowledge is limited). My only conclusion from that is that the repository doesnt seem to be corrupt according the message in cmd. 
 I am really desperate since I work mainly with Studio and it is how I make my money. I dont mind spending money on the licesnes and software since it helps to be productive, but when things like this happen and I cant find any way to resolve it, I get really stressed out.

 A reset might help you with this. To do this just close Trados Studio and then rename this folder: 
 c:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\Studio16\ 
 to c:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\Studio16_old\ 
 If you can't find this folder then you need to unhide your hidden files/folders: 
 www.howtogeek.com/.../ 
 Then restart Trados Studio and see if that helped.
