I recently purchased an upgrade from TS 2021 to TS 2022.
I've downloaded the TS 2022 software and in order to activate this, I clicked on the You have 1 upgrade available. Click here to access your licenses button and then Upgrade in the Licenses section.
Unfortunately, the progress button swirls around for about 90 seconds before leading to an error page.
This happens every time.
