I am unable to deactivate one of my licenses because the computer it is on crashed. Now I want to deactivate it directly from my RWS account. I received a deactivation code to my email and inserted it and keep receiving this message: An error has occurred with your offline-deactivation. If you continue to have problems, please Please log a support request.
I need to activate this license RIGHT AWAY and it is URGENT. Please help.
