I want to exchange my Studio 2022 Freelance Plus, which I haven't installed, with a non-plus version.

Who should I write to? Don't RWS guys have customer service email? They had the chat service when selling it. I want no refund or anything. I just want to change this Plus version, which I have upgraded from 2021 Freelance Plus and haven't yet downloaded, with a non-Plus version.
