Perpetual license "in use" on RWS Account Page, but "Trial" license on my PC

Question

I reinstalled Windows on my PC two weeks ago. I deactivated Trados before reinstalling Windows, then reinstalled & activated Trados after Windows reinstalled. 
 Now, at every time of PC rebooted, "Activate" or "Purchase of License" is requested because the license is Trial on my PC. 
 When this request is appeared, I attempt to activate it with my license key but my attempt is failed due to invalid license key. 
 So I guess that I failed in the deactivation. Let me know how to resolve this license unmatched state. 
 My license is "Trados Studio 2021 Freelance" 1 user.
