I bought a perpetual license for Trados Studio 2022 in September (order # 731006). In the “Product Activation” window I’m always required to activate the license and it keeps saying that I’m currently using the Trial version. I’ve tried both the online and the offline activation, but the Trial version seemed to remain. However, when I open my RWS Account it says in the “Licenses & Subscriptions” tab that I have 1 license in use which was activated on 20th September 2023. I'm a bit confused. Does this mean that the activation was successful, and my license will automatically switch from Trial to the perpetual license (when the trial period ends)?
