Error message when opening Trados Studio: Service 'Sdl.TranslationStudio.Api.ProjectManagement.IProjectManagementService' could not be started

Question

Hello 
 I have the SDL Trados Studio Freelance 2021 version 
 My files are unaccessible 
 This error message occurs when opening Trados: 
 Service SDL.TranslationStudio.Api.ProjectManagement.IProjectManagementService could not be started 
 Another error message occurs when trying to translate in Trados: 
 Unexpected exception when initializing view part correspondances defragments 
 Apparently, I should rename Studio 2021 which I did with no results 
 I am so dissapointed as I have been working on Trados since 2005.... 
 I wanted to deactivate/active the licence but apparently it would not change anything 
 How is it possible for me to reuse my licence correctly 
 Could you kindly help me
