My computer hardware failed before I could deactivate my Trados Studio 2017 Freelance license, I am trying to install it on another computer, but Studio 2017 is unable to connect to the activation server, internet connection is fine, assistance is kindly requested.

I'm having the same issue. I had to download Trados 2017 to my new laptop, but I can't activate it with my license. When I try to use my license, I get the same message as Daniel got. I read somewhere on the website that I need to reset my license, but I can't see this button on my account either. Can you help me with that, too? Thank you!
