My work collegue has the company's trados license in his computer, he does not uses it anymore, so we need to deactivate the license from his computer and activate it on mine, but we don't know how, i hope you can help me please.

The license can be deactivated from Studio > Help > Product activation.
If that doesn`t work try to reset the license from your RWS account as described in this article: https://gateway.sdl.com/apex/communityknowledge?articleName=000001616
