I work with Trados Studio 2021 and tried all the published solutions to resolve the problem (which had suddenly appeared, presumably after a Windows update – I work on Windows 11 pro):
« 'Sdl.TranslationStudio.AlignmentEditor.IAlignmentEditorService' konnte nicht gestartet werden. » (“could not be started”)
Below: «Ein Element mit dem gleichen Schlüssel wurde bereits hinzugefügt» (“an element with the same key already added”)
I tried the following: I re-installed Trados Studio 21 with deleting installation folder. I added an exception to Windows Security. I checked whether there were double plugins (checking also if all plugins were visible) = no result.
I opened a case with SDL Trados, and after some days got an answer signed “Alpar Zagoni", but addressed to another person’s name telling that this persons' license had been re-activated and that the case would be closed now. = no result.
I did not manage to reopen a case.
What can I do?
