Trouble resetting the licence

I was using Trados Studio 2022 on my old computer which broke down. I tried resetting the license online so that I could activate Trados on my new computer, but I keep getting the following message:

An error has occurred

An email has been sent to the system support team to notify them of this error.

If you require support please use your support account or report the problem in the “Licensing & Installation” forum in the RWS Community.

In the meantime please try reloading / refreshing this page.

A quick response would be highly appreciated as I have a deadline for a translation coming up soon.
