I have installed and uninstalled. I see my name but not the companies. I need the companies!

I can see you belong to two accounts, one with your name and one with your companies. When you log into Trados Studio you should be given both accounts and you choose the one you wish to use.
But perhaps we should wind back a little as you haven't really provided us with much to go on. Where do you see your name? What are you actually doing when you attempt to do whatever you are doing?
