My upgrade to SDL Trados Studio 2015 Freelance Plus is in Downloads but my activation codes are not in Licences

When I click on "Check for upgrades" there is no upgrade displayed and I am not able to generate my activation code - my order no. 385638

    I had exactly the same problem this morning - it is not very user friendly and activation codes are not sent with the payment confirmation as stated. You have to click on the orange bar at the top to check for upgrades (not the box on the left and not 'Refresh') then you will see your old product licence and think it is still not working but its 'upgrade from' (even if not written) so click your old product license, select the number of licenses to upgrade then click proceed (I think) and your new activation code will be generated. Copy/paste to the activation window (wizard) in 2015 and everything should be OK
