We have several 2022 licenses in the department, so before we try to update them, I would like to find solution to this. Since after restoring the "original" Trados 22 version, it is completely functional, no problem with postponing the issue a few days. Thank you in advance for the support!!!

Via a remote session we noticed that the issue was that Studio could not create a folder in the Package Cache location on Yulias's computer due to the lack of admin rights.

We managed to solve the issue by having their IT with us and running the installer with elevated rights. After the installation was complete we checked and Studio has updated and is working fine.

Remember you said I could restart the PC at the end of the day? So I did. Until then everything worked fine. Today I cannot confirm segments. When I confirm, the programm closes and shows this:

As far as I can understand, Multiterm update is not mandatory, but this is what I have:

Endlessly. Until I close Multiterm.

I already requested the installation of Multiterm update, just to see what happens before I revert to the original Trados 2022 version.

SR1 obviously will not work for me....

Multiterm update to SR1 solved the problem with the terminology database (seems like both must have the same version), but not with Studio. 

The program closes and shows this message at the first segment confirmation.

What does it mean? Trados opens but I can confirm nothing, because it instantly closes upon pressing Ctrl+Enter.

I am afraid I will request to uninstall SR1 and get back to the basic version, cause it is the second day I am without my working tool....

Both Multiterm and Studio need to be the same version so that you won't have this issue. Update Multiterm to the latest version and it should solve the issue.

I deleted one of the plugins I did not even use (it required an update), restarted Trados and it works!!!!

However, by searching the error message Sdl.Core.Globalization.Language[] Sdl.Core.Globalization.Language.GetAllLanguages() in the forum directly I did not come across this article ....
