New installation trial & error messages

Dear Community,
I deleted the trados studio 2022 trial installed by the company I work with in order to install a new trial sent by the trados TEAM because I'm interested in buying a Freelance translator plan. I was able to install the program. However, two error messages pops up when I try to open trados. These 2 errors are : "failed to initialize view FilesView" and "Object reference not set to an instance of an object"). I dont know what to do since I need it urgently. Could you please help ?
