reset licence:

Hi There . I have an installation issue with my present licence :it is a perpetual licence I try to reset it and it i not working.

    thank you for your response. I just received an response that does not answer or resolve my situation.

    I have 3 issues: first I cannot fire up Trados studio >  my licence is perpetual and I followed instruction to repair my installation which I did. still not working.

    so then I am told that my licence needs to be reactivated because I have not use Trados for a while. I am trying to reactivate and I am given instruction because I cannot go to the reactivation wizard ( step 4 )

    my second issue is: do I need to upgrade to Trados 2022 to be able to get online support ? no answer

    3 issue: when i want to sign up for  one year support i get a message:  not available.

    Conclusion: i cannot use Trados and all I want is to pay to get support online so someone can look at my laptop remotely and sort it my installation or activate  my licence so I can start to work in my project
