[Trados Studio 2015] Deactivation failed > Still "In Use" in my RWS account > Reset License failed > What can I do now?

Hi there,

The following attempts to deactivate my Trados Studio 2015 license failed. Now I would appreciate your help on what I can do next.

1. Attempted deactivation in Trados Studio 2015 > Received the following error message: "Deactivation failed. Could not revoke this license. Revocation is not allowed for this entitlement." > But the activation status changed to "Deactivated" in Trados Studio 2015

2. Still displays as "In Use" in my RWS account > Try Reset License > Received the following error message: "An email has been sent to the system support team to notify them of this error. If you require support please use your support account or report the problem in the “Licensing & Installation” forum in the RWS Community. In the meantime please try reloading / refreshing this page."

As a result, the license is showing as active in my RWS account, but is actually deactivated on my PC, and any attempt to reset the license results in an error. So I am unable to use the product now.

What can I do now? Disappointed
