Hi,
We are having an issue with getting Trados to open on my colleague's computer.
They updated to 2022 SR1 and couldn't open XBench, so updated the XBench plugin to the most recent version. That still didn't work so we tried to uninstall and reinstall both Trados and XBench. When they click on Trados, they receive an error message which says:
Trados Studio has not finished removing the last uninstalled plugin. Restart Trados after closing all active instances.
I thought that I might be able to re-name some folders on the C drive after checking some of the KB articles, but SDL doesn't even come up as a folder.
Do you have any suggestions as to how we can proceed from here?
