HI there,
I'd like to use my 2nd licence on a new laptop, but I don't manage to deactivate it beforehand. I don't have access any more the computer on which the 2nd licence has been installed...
Both online and offline deactivation tools encounter an error.
Can somebody help me please? Many thank in advance!
