I had problems with my computer and had to send it in for repair. I was unable to deactivate the active Trados license on the computer before sending it in for repair.
I need help to unlock the license so I can install it on the replacement computer for the duration of the repairs.
I have tried resetting the license and deactivating it offline, but both fail.
I created a question on the forum earlier, but I overlooked the support communications and they closed the case. They tell me that I have to open a new one.
Can you help me to unlock the license? I already have the license key and order number ready.
