Cannot deactivate online or offline

Question

Hello, 
 I have hard disk and Windows trouble and need to get my laptop fixed. I thought it would be wise to deactivate my Studio Trados 2021 SR2 - 16.2.12.9338 license, just in case they cannot fix it/need to reformat my HD and I need to buy a new laptop/reinstall my software. 
 However, it won't deactivate online or offline. I'm attaching screenshots of the error messages I get. 
 Can you please help?
