Issue with product activation

I upgraded to "Trados Studio 2022 L1 - Subscription".

After installation, when I try to use Trados, it says that the licence expired.

As advised, I checked the below article which describes how to use Studio 2022 using the cloud subscription.

When I click on “Subscription” I do not get the same login page as indicated in the link above.
Instead, I get to a page asking to login to RWS ID. When I log in, I just access RWS website but I am not offered the options as per the link above.
Could you please open a case for me?
