I just purchased the upgrade from 2019 to 2022 at the ATA conference. I can see the receipt for payment and the license but no download is available.

The product can be downloaded and installed from your RWS account, Products and Plans - Downloads (scroll down the page a bit, just below Multiterm 2009). The license number is in Products and Plans - Licenses.
Alternatively you can use the filter to find the respective Trados 2022 installer:
