Trouble activating my Trados studio 2022 Freelance

Hello.
I am trying to move my license to a new laptop.

I deactivated it successfully a week ago and the studio can't be used anymore on the old device.

However the status shown in the License & Subscriptions in my RWS account remains "in Use" and I can't activate it on the new laptop.

How should I handle this situation?
Please advice.

Trados Studio 2022 Freelance license status showing 1 user, with 1 license 'In Use' and 0 available.
Message shown when tried to activate it on the new laptop.

Error message dialog box stating 'Activation failed. Could not activate this license. No licenses are currently available for the specified activation code.' with an OK button.
