I am planning on upgrading my work PC from Windows 7 to Windows 11.
My questions are:
1. Will SDL2019 run in Windows 11?
2. Do I need to return the license, then after upgrading to Windows 11, download the application for SDL2019 and reinstall it, then reactivate it with my license key?
Is that the way to upgrade my system and reinstall SDL2019?

Yes, Studio 2019 should work just fine on Windows 11. First you need to deactivate the license from Studio 2019 > Help > Product activation. Then, after you upgrade your system to Windows 11 you can reinstall Studio 2019 and reactivate your license.
