I have been unable to return a license Studio 2022 Freelance Plus from my daughter's computer.
After clicking on deactivation, I get the following message:
«An error occurred while requesting a license.
Click Retry to try again.
Error ID: 125
Open connection settings?»
Trying again has the same result.
When subsequently closing Studio I get the following message:
«The product license has been deactivated and Trados Studio will now exit.
...»
But, when starting Studio again, it turns out that the license is still active.
This is also confirmed on the RWS portal, where it clearly appears that the license has NOT been returned. What can I do to forcefully returning the license?
