Could you please confirm whether you chose to pay by bank transfer? If so, please note that it may take 3-5 working days for the payment to be received. After we receive the payment, the upgrade will be released in your account, Products and Plans - Licenses.

Yes as I said in my message I paid by bank transfer. My bank said the payment would be in the account immediately so I don't understand why it should take 3-5 days? Is the bank account monitored to check if payments have been received? I need to use the software to do some work as I lost my previous version when my computer broke so I am waiting to activate it. Thank you.

I am sorry, but this is the standard procedure when it comes to bank payments. You own a Trados 2021 Freelance Plus license. One of your activations is still available, so you can install and activate the software. Alternatively you can use Trados 2022 in trial mode. The installer is in your account, Products and Plans - Downloads.

Thank you, that is really helpful, I hadn't realised I could download the 2021 version, I thought I had to upgrade and use the new version. I will do that. Thank you for your help.

I have downloaded the 2021 version. Please could you tell me how to activate it? I previously activated it in 2021.
